Overview

1. This equipment is further improved on the basis of the DSG-D3 full servo optical edge grinding machine. It is independently developed and produced by Desaig. After several iterative debugging in the factory, it can replace the imported similar CNC edge grinding machine and provide a better choice for lens processing with high requirements;

2. Use imported high-precision screws and guide rails for assembly, with repeatable positioning <0.002mm, which ensures long-term stable production of processed lenses within a smaller range;

3. The improved grindstone shaft has higher rigidity, and the lens processing is not easy to "break the edge";

4. The grindstone shaft is driven by a servo motor, with a speed range of 10-4500rpm, which can be adjusted at will according to requirements;

5. It has wifi Internet of Things function and can realize remote assistance operation;

6. Larger lens processing diameter, up to 200mm;
