Overview

1. The D3 servo optical lens edging machine (coring machine) is independently produced and developed by Desaig. Based on the frequency conversion optical edging machine, it is improved to servo motor control to improve the stability of the equipment;

2. Achieve low rotational speed and high torque of the clamp shaft. When the clamp shaft rotates at low speed, it can still be processed without causing lens ellipse.

Solve the pain points of ellipse processing with frequency conversion equipment;

3. The inductive control of cam operation is cancelled, and the cam rotation angle is digitally controlled. The cam angle can be directly input on the touch screen, making the operation more convenient.
