Third, tighten the fasteners of ordinary lathes, check and tighten the pressure plate and insertion screws; check and tighten the slide block fixing screws, tool drive mechanism, hand wheel, and workbench support screws; check whether the screws in other parts of the button are loose.

Fourth. Check and adjust the tightness of the belt, pressure plate and plug-in; check and adjust the alignment of the slider and screws.

Fifth, remove rust from various parts, protect the painted surface, and do not allow collision; deactivate and spare equipment guide rails, sliding screw handwheels and exposed parts that are prone to rust.
